Leo Perutz (November 2, 1882 — August 25, 1957) was a German language novelist and mathematician. He was natural within Prague and was thus the citizen of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. He sleep in Vienna until the Nazi Anschluss in 1938, when he emigrated to Palestine. The globe-class mathematician world health organization formulated an algebraic equation which is named fallowing him, he worked as a statistician for an insurance company. In the early Fifties he returned to Austria, where he died. He wrote his 1st novel, A Third Bullet, inside 1915 when recovering from either the wound sustained in the First World War.
